The Diocesan Council for La Red Pastoral Juvenil will meet on Sunday, May 6th from 4-7 p.m. at St. Vincent de Paul Parish Hall in Petaluma.
A Curso Bibilico will take place on Saturday, May 12 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at St. Vincent de Paul Parish Hall in Petaluma. Cost is $10 per person.
The final sessions for this year’s Adult Training in Youth Ministry Series will take place on:
Sunday, April 29 at Christ the King Parish Hall, 1951 McKinleyveille Avenue in McKinleyville from 1:30-5:30 p.m. following the Summer Camp Information Session
Saturday, May 5 at the Diocese of Santa Rosa Chancery, 985 Airway Court in Santa Rosa from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
This session will focus on a pastoral ministry response to youth as well as a theological topic drawn from the USCCB’s Adaptation of Doctrinal Elements of a Curriculum Framework for Catechesis with Young People. It is open to College-Age Young Adults and Adults working with young people in grades 6-12.“Overview of Youth Ministry” will help youth ministry leaders explore ways to increase their knowledge and skill of implementing a comprehensive ministry among young people in a parish setting. In addition, “Life in Jesus Christ” is the sixth theological topic of the Doctrinal Elements of a Curriculum Framework. Participants will explore the Church’s teaching on Morality and Holiness.

Saturday, April 28 at St. Mary Immaculate Religious Education Room in Lakeport from 9:30-10:30 a.m. (English Only)
Sunday, April 29 at Christ the King Parish Hall in McKinleyville from 12:30-1:30 p.m. (English Only)
NET Team #6 from National Evangelization Teams Ministries in Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minnesota returns for two deanery youth retreats from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at St. Mary Immaculate in Lakeport on April 28th and from 12:30-5:30 p.m. at Christ the King in McKinleyville April 29th.
